1. Agreement to Terms

By purchasing, downloading, or using Gold Scalpers ("the Indicator", "the Product", "the Service"), you ("you", "User") enter into a legally binding agreement with Gold Scalpers ("we", "us", "our").

If you do not agree to these terms, do not use our products.

2. License Grant

We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable, lifetime license to use Gold Scalpers on your personal TradingView account, subject to these terms.

This license:

• ✅ Allows unlimited charts within your single TradingView account
• ✅ Includes free updates for the lifetime of the product
• ✅ Allows personal trading use
• ❌ Does NOT allow sharing, reselling, redistributing, or republishing the source code
• ❌ Does NOT allow use on multiple TradingView accounts (one transfer permitted per lifetime)
• ❌ Does NOT allow reverse engineering or creating derivative works for sale

Violation results in license revocation without refund and possible legal action.

3. Free Demo Period

The 7-day free demo provides full indicator access without payment. After 7 days, demo access expires automatically. To continue using the indicator, upgrade to Pro Lifetime ($197 one-time).

You may use the free demo only once per person/email/payment method. Multiple demo accounts to circumvent the limit are prohibited.

4. Refund Policy

14-day money-back guarantee on Pro Lifetime purchases. Email support@goldscalpers.com within 14 days with your order number. Refunds processed within 5 business days.

After 14 days, all sales are final. See full Refund Policy for details.

5. Support

Email support is included with all paid tiers. Response time: 48 hours. Support covers:

• Setup issues and indicator installation
• Alert configuration troubleshooting
• Indicator behavior and feature questions

Support does NOT cover:

• Trade decisions, market analysis, or financial advice
• Individual trade outcomes or losses
• Broker disputes or platform issues unrelated to our software
• Custom indicator modifications

6. Updates and Changes

We may release updates that modify the indicator's logic, defaults, visuals, or features. Lifetime buyers receive all updates free. We may discontinue features, pairs, or the product entirely with 30 days' notice.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Indicator is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant:

• That the Indicator will produce profitable trades
• Specific win rates, return percentages, or financial outcomes
• Continuous, error-free, or uninterrupted operation
• Compatibility with all brokers, platforms, or trading conditions

8. Liability Limitation

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• Total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product (max $497)
• We are not liable for trading losses, missed profits, technology failures, broker errors, or any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages
• You acknowledge that trading involves substantial risk and that you assume full responsibility for all trading decisions

9. Termination

We may terminate your license immediately if you:

• Share, resell, or redistribute the indicator's source code
• Use the indicator on multiple unauthorized accounts
• Violate TradingView's Terms of Service while using our product
• Initiate a fraudulent chargeback
• Engage in abusive or threatening behavior toward our team

Termination forfeits any pending refund.

10. Affiliate Program Terms

11. Privacy

Your privacy is important. See our Privacy Policy for data handling practices.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of [YOUR COUNTRY/STATE]. Disputes shall be resolved in [YOUR JURISDICTION] through binding arbitration before resorting to litigation.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms with 30 days' email notice to existing customers. Continued use after notice = acceptance.
