The 14-day window starts from the date and time of your purchase confirmation email (not the date of payment processing). For example, if you purchase at 3pm on January 1, you have until 11:59pm on January 15 to request a refund.
After 14 days, all sales are final. Exceptions are made only for:
The 7-day free demo is risk-free. You don't need a refund because there's no payment. The demo expires automatically after 7 days.
Use the demo to forward-test the indicator on demo trading accounts. If it works for your style, upgrade. If not, walk away – no payment was ever made.
If you were referred by an affiliate and you refund within 14 days, the affiliate's commission is reversed. This is why we hold affiliate commissions for 14 days before paying out.
We strongly prefer you email us first instead of disputing the charge with your bank. Chargebacks are expensive for us and trigger automatic license termination.
If you believe a charge is wrong, email us – we resolve 99% of disputes within 24 hours without bank involvement.
